Jarek is the dynamic founder of our company, launched in 2008 as Eurowalls. From a single Sydney warehouse importing wallpaper, Jarek’s vision has transformed the business into a global enterprise, with robust sales channels across Australia and New Zealand, and partnerships with top-tier manufacturers in the textile industry worldwide.
Jarek’s entrepreneurial journey began with his family business, established in 1990, which grew to become Eastern Europe’s leading wholesaler of decorative wallpaper. A trailblazer in sustainability, Jarek is now a key shareholder in one of Europe’s most innovative PVC recycling companies.

With a background in industrial design and over a decade of experience specialising in commercial wall coverings and textiles, Michael has built his career around leading teams to deliver innovative solutions for the commercial interiors sector. Having worked across global markets, he brings a broad perspective and a passion for design-led outcomes.
Michael combines strategic focus with a hands-on, people-first approach. Known for his creative thinking and solutions-driven mindset, he is committed to achieving the best results—while enjoying the process and helping those around him grow and succeed.

James Millar
Director
James's entrepreneurial flair shines through his creation of Australia’s fastest-growing property management business in the early 2000's, a venture he expertly built, sold, and transitioned from to pursue new horizons.
With his partner Jarek, he pivoted to textiles, developing innovative brands like Eurowalls and Kube Contract.
Today, he balances his time between driving building projects and leading a successful team in product sales at Kube Contract, leveraging his strategic vision, resource management, and passion for innovation.
Shelley Graham
Sales Director & BDM - New Zealand
Shelley represents Kube Contract New Zealand.
She is the longest serving member of the sales team, with extensive experience in commercial wallcoverings and upholstery.
Her passions include travel and finding the perfect coffee.

Victor possesses a strong background in design and project management, specializing in forging connections within the architecture, interior design, and construction sectors.
Frequently traveling between Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide, he excels at identifying opportunities and developing strategic partnerships with industry professionals.

Georgie brings nearly two decades of experience in the specification, project management and supply of commercial textiles to the architecture, interior design and construction sectors.
With a dynamic blend of commercial acumen and creative influence, she has built a reputation for delivering innovative, fit for purpose solutions that seamlessly integrate the use of colour and pattern into a wider range of environments including Hospitality, Multi-Residential and Health and Aged Care.

Krystyna is Kube Contract's Accounts Department.
She is one of the longest serving team members, with extensive experience in SME accounting.
When Krystyna is not at work, she spends her time with her young family and enjoys the outdoors.
Bob Newman
Operations Manager
At Kube, Bob is a dedicated and diligent operations manager.
Outside of work, he's passionate about digital design, spending much of his free time experimenting with images and part design. He often multi-tasks while listening to podcasts about history, political punditry and dry humour.
