Ordering & Delivery
Samples are provided free of charge to all clients who have created an account on our website. There is a limit of 5 samples per project. If ordered before 2pm AEST, your samples will be sent via Express Post that day. If you require more than 5 samples for a project, please contact us.
* Next business day delivery is only available within the Express Post next business day delivery network in either Australia or NZ.
Placing a product order
All orders of products are to be placed via email or phone call. This is so that we can provide the most accurate information regarding pricing and lead times for your particular project. To proceed, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us with the product details and quantity that you require.
The lead-times vary based on stock levels and availability. Please contact us for information on lead times. If a product becomes unavailable, a lead time will be provided in writing at our earliest opportunity. Digital+Print are made to order and lead-times will vary. The lead-time will be provided upon order. All freight and handling charges (as applicable) include for one (1) delivery only by courier to your nominated address at the time of order. Delays do not constitute a breach of contract by Kube Contract and is in no way liable for any resulting damages whatsoever. Please note: during public holidays, longer delivery timing will apply. Please contact us during holiday periods for estimated delivery.
Acceptance of delivery
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery (during business hours) and the product is returned to us, you will be charged for additional delivery. A signature will be required for all deliveries to your nominated address and we cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes.
